A laptop, Mac or PC with MS office installed: Many of the exercises are in excel but you don’t need to have more than very basic skill to do them
A wifi connection: Sounds obvious, but many links and videos are online
A quiet space and time to reflect: This work is not easy, especially without a coach to help you, but these are important decisions and you owe it to yourself to find the time
Commitment: This course is information-dense and quite hard work! Nothing work having comes easily, despite what social media tells you, so investing the time to truly know yourself and what you want in life will be worth it!
