We think coaching has gone wrong somewhere. Dominated by psychologists it has become unnecessarily therapeutic, relying on the ability of the coach to generate insight to bring about required behavioural change. Coaching should exist to get results, much like in any other field. In business this usually means shortening sales cycles, growth and profits.

We work from the inside-out with everybody we see, starting first in the murky waters of our physiology and subconscious emotional systems before getting nearer the observable waterline with enquiry into feelings, thinking and behaviour. For us that seems to make change more likely to stick, and our clients tell us that too.
